Disneyland and very happy kids

Today all us Mama's decided to take the kiddies to Disneyland to celebrate Little Anthony's 3rd Birthday. Such a fun day. The park was not packed at all and the weather was so nice. We rode lots of rides and went to both Disneyland and California Adventure. It was so fun to watch Niah, Lily, Noah, Lil Anthony, and Alyssa together (Leilah is too small to be included). It is so cute to see there personalities and to know that their friendships are only growing. They walked around the park holding hands and sharing snacks. Perfect day. Not too many meltdowns and they ALL napped. That is something that never happens. So us Mamas even had a chance to chat and eat a Sundae minus kids taking over! Such a great day. Today goes into my record books as one of my most fun days being a Mama.

Leilah Faith and I on Dumbo. She has been on Dumbo before but when she was like 2 months old. This was her first real experienced. She was a little weired out by the fast moving elephant :)

Since Niah is such a big girl she decided to ride Dumbo with Alyssa and Auntie Stephanie.

The Three Stooges. They are getting So big! Waiting patiently for the Carousel ride.

Noah, Alyssa, Niah, And Lily

Leilah's first carousel ride! Very Happy girl! All smiles the entire time.

Alyssa, Niah, Auntie Julie and Lily.

The Whole Gang with Pooh!

Leilah Faith, Mama and Tigger. Leilah Loved Tigger.

Look at our Honey Bees. Love these kids.

It's Christmas time at Disneyland! We had a bunch of sleepy kids around this time.

While all the kids slept Lily and Niah decided to take pictures in front of California adventure.

 Super Smiley girls!

Another Carousel ride for Leilah. This time in California adventure.

The entire time we walked around both parks we kept getting comments from people "Wow that's A LOT of KIDS!" I guess this picture proves those comments true.......................We have A LOT of KIDS!

10 MONTHS IN 15 MINUTES

Today I took the girl to the park. Spent some fun alone time and just really got to reflecr and it leads me to write this blog. Leilah will be 10 months in 15 minutes and it is so hard to take in. I feel like I need to be doing more to keep her a baby because this is all going by way too fast. She is definitely one of the best things to ever happen to me. Leilah and Syniah have these personalities that really win hearts. Leilah is so shy and sweet with an amazing smile especially when it is combined with her little scrunched nose. She can be very feisty at times and gets her feelings hurt easily. Total opposite of Niah and I love that they are so different but in so many ways the same. I remember as we were driving to the hospital for my c-section with Leilah and I was thinking how scared I am.  How will I possibly love somebody as much as I love Syniah? but the minute I saw my light skin, little Chinese baby, she won my heart and my heart automatically stretched with a spot just for her. I don't take in all the tiny moments and special things that Leilah does the way that I did with Niah her first year because there is just not enough time in the day being so consumed with two babies but I cherish all the memories in my heart. I just wish it wasn't going by so fast. In 2 months we will be celebrating her first Christmas and her First Birthday and I can't believe it.
My Sweet Leilah Faith. I thank God for giving you to me and I thank God for choosing me to be your Mama. I am so proud of you and your Big Sister. You two are some Amazing little girls.
                                                      Love, Mama

Halloween 2010

Dorothy and the Lion

Our Beautiful Dorothy

 Happy little Lion

Sweet girls all ready to head to Water Of Life Trunk or Treat.

Niah's first time solo trick or treating. She told us "Niah not going to cry, I say trick or treat, Okay?" and she did. She got lots of candy for being so cute.

Niah playing in the bushes as she has a mouth full of candy. Looks like she is going through the forest looking out of "Lions and Tigers and Bears..Oh my!"

Can't forget to jump a little. I think this was a smart choice on Dada's part. He decided to have her jump before we left to get the wiggles out and hopefully burn off ALL the candy!
Our First Halloween as 4 and it was such a fun one.

Both girls diggin' in their buckets for candy. Leilah has her first Lollipop tonight and when Dada tried to take it away she cried with all her feelings hurt. So Dada gave in and Leilah got to finish her first lollipop.
Tonight was such a great night. We made lots of great memories and were so proud to show off our little Lion and our beautiful Dorothy. Water of Life was packed as usual but it was such a great turn out. The girls got to see their Best friends the Perea girls and eat lots of candy. What can be better? To top it off they were well behaved and very smiley all night. Perfect family night. I love us and look forward to many more Halloween nights to come. Funny how days like this have that much more meaning when you have kids. Just to see them smile and be filled with excitement makes the whole month of stressing over the perfect costume that much more worth it.
Happy Halloween

Leilah is 9 months old!!

Leilah is 9 months old and growing more and more everyday! She now has two top teeth, two bottom teeth, and a very silly smile. She mastered sitting up and now has started fully crawling, on top of pulling herself up on everything she can pull herself up on. She is saying a new pharse (Backpack, Backpack).... and copying a lot of what we do. She is very curious. She even got into the dog food a few times. I caught her with a mouth full of dog food and a big smile on her face. Such a funny little girl. She is definitely going through separation anxiety which means Mama doesn't get very many breaks these days. She seems to be attached to my hip these days. Leilah still has such a sweet personality and a smile that can win hearts. I love her age right now and am very sad that I know she is growing up and I can't stop her.........

This month is special for Leilah she not only mastered many motor skills but she was dedicated at church and she gets to celebrate her first Halloween. This months picture are reflecting those special occasions for her. Enjoy! They are super cute.
Leilah's dedication pictures! Isn't her dress beautiful??

This is the Bible she received at her dedication.

This is my favorite.

Leilah's first Halloween!!
