I absolutely love my mornings with Syniah. I love our talks on the way to school. I love how she hugs me before I leave her. I am so blessed with this sweet kid.

Sweet Moments

These girls love their Dada. I love capturing their moments. It's so sweet to watch them together. 

Tonight he read them a few books before bed. Nursery rhymes, to a Spanish bible, and then a princess book. They really so have their Dada wrapped around their finger. They are two lucky little girls.

Picture Day

Today Niah had picture day. Only a Mama stresses out about days like this. We practiced her smile for a week. I am surprised her face didn't get stuck like that. I figured I would snap some shots of her before she gets finger paint and marker all over herself. I figured her hair would probably be a mess by the time she actually takes the picture. I never really like school pictures. They are posed awkward and the backgrounds are always so cheesy but I will probably always by them. Those are the pictures that embarrass you years down the road. So of course we need them. She looked so cute though. Perfect outfit to represent her style and personality. I just can't believe I even have a school aged child. She is growing up so fast.

School....Germs

This morning it was extra hard to wake her up for school. She said she was very tired.

She finally got outta bed and got to school just in time but before I left she told me she didn't feel so well. I figured she was just really tired.

This doesn't look like a sick girl. Isn't she cute?

I got home from work and she had 103 fever. 

Good thing we have the best doctor in Rancho taking care of her.

Leilah was so sick last week I knew Niah would get sick sooner or later. Darn school germs. Got the best of my little ladies. I just hope Niah recovers quicker than Leilah did.
